We aren't for everyone. If all you want is someone to give you investment advice, we probably aren't a great fit.
Our goal is to provide meaningful, comprehensive financial planning that truly improves our clients’ lives — not to operate as a low-cost, investment-only manager.
Our fees are based on your needs, the complexity of your project, and the level of service you’re looking for.
We offer two primary options.
Think of this as working with an architect to design your home plans.
We help you design a comprehensive financial plan — the blueprint.
You are responsible for implementing the recommendations across investments, taxes, insurance, estate planning, and more.
We design the blueprint — and help bring it to life.
In this relationship, we act as the general contractor: coordinating professionals, implementing strategies, managing investments, and maintaining the plan as your life evolves.
This is how we serve the majority of our client families.
1. Initial Meeting
We meet to see if there may be a good fit.
2. Information Gathering
We collect key documents — tax returns, estate planning documents, investment and retirement statements, and insurance policies — to prepare initial observations.
3. Strategy Discussion
We meet again to review those observations, discuss where we may add value, outline relationship options, and review costs.
4. Time to Reflect
We both take a few days to think it over. This is an important decision and shouldn’t be rushed.
5. Plan & Implementation
If we move forward together, we begin building your plan and implementing recommendations.
6. Ongoing Reviews
We meet regularly to review progress and adjust as your life, needs, and goals evolve.
A successful relationship is built on communication, trust, and participation.
Meet with us regularly — in person, by phone, Zoom, or email.
Please review the information we send and respond when appropriate.
The more we understand about you, your family, and your financial life, the more value we can provide.
Our advice is only as strong as the information we receive — and everything you share is confidential by law.
Financial decisions can feel unfamiliar or complex.
Ask questions until you feel comfortable with any concept or recommendation.
If something doesn’t make sense or causes concern, please tell us.
If we don’t hear otherwise, we’ll assume everything is okay.
We begin by clarifying your goals, values, priorities, and timelines — before making investment, tax, or estate planning decisions.
What we focus on evolves as your life does.
We help you move from uncertainty to clarity by defining your retirement timeline and the dollars needed to support it — adjusted for taxes and inflation.
We begin with a detailed review of your tax returns to identify opportunities and planning strategies.
We manage portfolios using low-cost, tax-efficient ETFs.
In partnership with experienced estate attorneys, we help review and refine your plans.
We evaluate your current coverage and identify gaps.
We don’t sell insurance — recommendations remain objective.
24/7 monitoring of:
Includes up to $1,000,000 in identity theft insurance.
We offer complimentary financial guidance for clients’ adult children and grandchildren until age 25 or marriage.
We coordinate with attorneys, CPAs, insurance professionals, healthcare consultants, and trust administrators — or work alongside your existing advisors.
* Tax preparation, estate planning document creation, and trust administration are provided through our professional alliances.
